Obituary of Leda Shabley

SHABLEY: Leda – A resident of Chatham, and formerly of Ridgetown, Leda Shabley passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus on Sunday, October 13, 2013 in her 92nd year. Born in the former Czechoslovakia, Leda was the daughter of the late Frank and Paula (Lipa) Micka. Beloved wife of the late Michael Shabley (1972). Dear mother to Robert Shabley (Leslie) of Chatham. Proud grandmother of Joel Shabley and Brent Shabley (Janna Dunn). Leda is survived by her sister Bessie Vasicek (Charles) of R.R. # 7 Blenheim. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Wednesday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St Mary’s Church, 95 Marlborough St. N., Blenheim at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2013.
