Obituary of Dale Allen Legary

LEGARY, Dale Allen. Dale Legary, a resident of Chatham, passed away suddenly at his residence on Thursday, October 17th, 2013, at the age of 60. Beloved husband of Carol Legary. Loving father of Tim & Jan Jackson, Corey & Krissy Legary, Ryan Legary (Kasia) and Kenny Randall, all of Chatham. Cherished grandfather of Richard, Logan, Melodi, Corey (CJ), Hayley, Shaun and Adrian. Proud great-grandfather of Grayson. Dear brother of Ronald, Sharon, Brenda, Janice, and of the late Lynwood, Larry and Eugene. Dale is survived by several nieces and nephews. Dale was a great story teller and enjoyed singing to his grandchildren. He was also quite the history fanatic, often narrating the history channel. With respect to Dale’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Donations in memory of Dale can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Heart & Stroke Foundation and the C.O.P.D Foundation.
